Default Auto Transmission guys

Anybody out there swapped out the powerslush for a turbo 350 on a midyear. Thinking of a turbo 350 with a gearvendors unit. Any help and info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Grab a short tailshaft TH350 and you have a "basic" bolt in change mechanically. Mine came out of a 78 Camaro.

Default Powerglide good for 400 hp

Your basic Powerglide was offered behind up to 400 hp big blocks. I don't think Turbo 350's can make that claim.

Doubt if a Gear Vendors Overdrive unit will fit in that tiny tunnel.

They cannot make that claim because they were not introduced yet. Starting in 1968 no more powerslide. Check your corvette black book. If you like You can buy mine when I pull it out.

John I was going to contact the gearvenders people on Monday for more info. Your GS is Hot! Thanks for your input.
