Default Powerglide indentification

How does one identify whether the transmission is the original one that came with the car? If there are codes, where are they and what do the digits stand for? I have a Powerglide that came with my '64 coupe. Thanks for any responses.

The serial number should be there, I dont remember exactly were.

Hi
On the passenger side of the oil pan on the transmission. Mine (1967) is stamped T7B 21N = PG, 1967 February, 21st.

Powerglide option M35 part#3887071 On the transmission main case #3890504
