Does anybody remember this car?
I know this is a long shot but here goes. I recently bought a 63 SWC from a gentleman in California. I'm the fourth owner and am trying to trace its past. According to the previous owner the car was purchased new in NY. It was built in Nov 62, 327/300. The factory color was Sebrig Silver,but the owner had it painted Red before delivery. The trim plate states Sebrig Silver. The orignal motor was replaced in 1965. The car was kept in a climate controlled garage until sold to someone in Utah. Does anybody remember this car?

Check MVA "Request for information" forms with each state where you think the car was registered. I tracked the owner prior to who I purchased my 58' from through the Pennsylvania MVA by filling out a few forms. That owner lead me to the prior owner who actually built the car in 1980 as a drag car to run NHRA..
