usually the parts have closer dating but the NCRS judging guidlines typically allow for up to a 6 month window

No I do not know for sure. I think I can contact the owner that did the restoration and hopefully he can enlighten me with some info. Again thanks to all.

It's unlikely that those heads were originally installed on that block, but they're the correct casting number, and head numbers and dates aren't judged.
