I am doing my instrument panel myself on a 66, except the rechroming.
The paint that is inside around the gauges has 2 different colors of "Green" from what i can tell, "because im color blind", a pail and a dark...i bet that helps alot
Also what color is used on the face itself?
Does anyone sell these colors?

If your color blind, just stick with black an white. Just messing with you.
I'm not color blind, but I just paint everything black.
The light green in the cluster is available in a spray can from Krylon. Not home so I can't tell you the exact color. I can get back to you later or maybe Jason will check in here.
For the outside, I used Krylon semi-flat black, then covered that with their satin clear. Not 100% correct, but I like it. SEM also makes a semi-flat black that people here have recommended.
It's called Catalina Mist, #3529. It's in their satin series so it isn't a high gloss paint. I covered it with clear coat to make it more reflective. I figure the instrument panel bulbs need all the help they can get. I haven't got the car back together to try it yet, so I can't say for sure. I hope it didn't overdo it. Can't help you with the dark green. Mine was in decent shape so I worked around it.
