Just spoke for a bit with Tiros over the phone and it seems we are both just as enthused as the other on this awesome find (and 396s in general)! I was quite worried about not hearing back from him right away - which was due to the confusing notification setting on this site... Nevertheless, this sort of thing doesn't seem to happen very often -- looking forward to pictures and more info on the block later this week.
