Do I have to worry about my drive shaft on the picture below, it has a small circular like dent.
No, you don't have to.
I don't recall that being normal appearance.
I'd clean it down to bare metal and look for a split because I'm assuming this was done by something pressing on the shaft while it rotated. In that case, it could be bent. If something abrasive wore the metal that far, have a new tube welded between your yokes.
On the other hand, if that shaft were to twist in two at that point, you could do considerable body damage before it stopped rotating. The end of it could drop and dig in the pavement. I shouldn't have to describe that picture.
its a 396, I checked and the price for a new one is not to bad, just wondered if it could break or something.
Guess its not worth to save the money for a new one and wait see if it would break. The damage then could be a nightmare.
I think I get a new one to be sure.
Are BB and SB driveshafts all the same?

If you choose to replace it a driveshaft shop can replace just the tube. The cost in the US would be around $100 including balance.
Have it checked. I have never seen anything like that. Does not look as though it was scraping or worn so that would worry the heck out of me. No fresh looking marks. Could be stress related. Better safe than sorry.

They can test it for run-out first but I had mine re-tubed and balanced for about $125 and it looked like brand new. It's not worth messing with when you can replace it so cheaply.

I have a half shaft that looks similar to that. The previous owner drove with a broken shock that rubbed it almost through. Bubba doesn't have to do anything to Bubba a car.
