Option 1...Go to "MY PICTURES", right click on your photo and click on "OPEN WITH", then scroll across and click on "PAINT". When the new screen opens click on "IMAGE" then scroll down to "STRETCH/SKEW" , click on that and you can enter in the percentage of the original size that you want the picture to end up as. I usually start with 75 percent. Click on "IMAGE", then "ATTRIBUTES", it will give you the details regarding your picture. If it is still too big you can shrink it more.
Option 2...host your images at www.photobucket.com. They will automatically resize your pictures for you, with a choice of 6 sizes.
