They sell several brands, but stay away from the Custom Autosounds units, they are complete junk! I can't comment on the Pioneer and Kenwood units, as I have never bought one of these retrofitted radios.

I agree John. But if you can get one of their older converted units made from real Pioneer or Kenwood units they work great. I have bought a couple on ebay and had them repaired with great success.

How old would one of the older units be, to be a Pioneer or Kenwood converted unit? Reason I ask is because I have a CA unit that works great, that is a couple of years old. What seems to be the downfall of the CA units?
Thanks for all the input. I am aware of the bad reputation of the CA units and Absolute Classics shows that they carry the converted Kenwood and Pioneer units, I was mainly trying to find out how reputable Absolute Classics is.
Skids,
At one point the CA units were putting out only 25W x 4. I had one and it just couldn't power four speakers adequately. It is gathering dust in the basement. But I believe they have now gone to 50W x 4.
I have a KHE-200 (50W x 4) from Ken Harrison Enterprises that is much better. I believe that it is a Kenwood unit.
