Default Tire pressure question

I have reproduction bolt on wheels on my 67 with radial tires. What tire pressure should I be using?
Cheers,
Alex

The wheels don't have anything to do with it assuming the tires you're using are compatible with your rim width. Stay within the tire pressure recommendations you see on the tire sidewall. I like to run 35 psi.

Edit: The wheels COULD have something to do with it. Generally raising tire pressure will raise cornering forces on the wheel. Most wheels of the era were not designed with the increased loads of radial tires in mind. I don't know where the cast wheels fit in this scheme of things but I've never heard of a failure due to cornering loads.

Thanks, I too was wondering where these reproduction wheels fit into the tire pressure equation. I used to keep the tire pressure at 30 psi on my 60 with radial tires on the factory steel wheels and never had a problem. I've just heard a couple of horror stories lately about radial tires on old wheels.
Cheers,
Alex
