Preston Henn is quite a character, and owns many of the hottest Ferraris ever made!! His museum collection at the Ft Lauderdale Swap Shop is mind blowing. He even DRIVES all of them, rain or shine!! Still has the race winning Porsches on display! Gotta admire that
Funny he did not bring his Enzo FXX ($1.8 mil). I happened to see it yesterday at the Swap Shop, and noticed the yellow 275 (#24) was missing (the one at the show). Ferrari tried to buy back the 275 from him for many MILLIONS$$$ but he declined. One of the most beautiful cars ever

I talked to Sherry MacDonald, widow of the famous Corvette racer Dave MacDonald last week. She is joining Jim Jagar who owns Dave's 1963 Z0-6 "00" car that raced Riverside. It has been perfectly restored and will debut at AMELIA ISLAND in two weeks.
So hopefully you can go and take a look at that geat show as well. Bill Warner does a great job. It is one of the better Concours in the country. Looks like Boca Raton is vieing for recognition as well.

Yes, I am a lucky man, she is very good to me.
The Supercars were just amazing.
The Bugatti was absolutely stunning - never seen anything like it.
And so many VERY expensive cars - I was just in awe.
Missed taking a lot of other pictures of pretty cool stuff

Yes, Preston Henn is a wild man. He has a HUGE collection of exotics
"Only Ferarri's and Porsches" he said very sternly.

That was his Yellow Ferarri Lemans car too.
He drives all his cars - drives them like they SHOULD be driven too.
He was telling us about the $4000 radar Jammer and detector systems he has installed into all the cars he drives.

He said there are only two choices: pull over and get the ticket, or buy the jammer systems.
When I suggested the 3rd option as flooring the gas...
He said he has spent enough time in jail this year. He was funny.
Got to see a lot of very special cars that you would never see anywhere else. So many Rolls Royce cars, old and new - I couldn't even count them.
i wish I took more pictures of the Motorcycles,
But to be honest ...
They parked all the "Chevrolets" very far away.

The day was very fun.
Preston said to come on by the swap shop, for a personal tour.
Think we might take him up on that one.
That was his Enzo too - maybe he drove that one up the day of the show?
Or does he have 2 of them?

The guard at the swap shop says he drives the cars even in the pouring rain down home I-95! He does have a new Z06 on display. I see him in his golf cart at the swap shop sometimes - the one with the chrome SS rims.....
Boy if you (we?) could get a tour it would be awesome
