Default Camshaft #3736097

I am in the process of restoring my '57 Vette and need to purchase camshaft #3736097 and lifters. Any suggestions from the members of this board as to a recommended vendor for this camshaft assembly?
Thanks.... Pierre

TRW-Speed Pro as well. I think Melling makes one. Be careful you are not getting an "improved" or NHRA cheater grind of the same cam If you buy from one of the hot rod suppliers. They are not the same and may not run well on the street.

You most definetly dont want the NHRA legal stock cheater cam is they check total lift only. It will have roughly 260-270 duration and be virtually undriveable on the street, a pure race cam only. Sure wish I still had my old 57 Vette. I ran that same stock cam in a 327/340 hp motor after the original was stolen and I bought the car back from the insurance company in 1962 for $500. Id take a dozen for that today. Most fun car Ive ever owned, enjoy it!
