Default bad vibrations

so i dropped the new built 327 in my 65 vette the other day. finally got it all hooked up this AM. Take it out for a spin and duh. large vibration. it gets more severe with revs. hardly feel it in neutral, pretty strong under load and acceleration very strong when engine braking. it increases in frequency with RPM s but not so often as crank rotation. I didn't remove the transmission during the engine swap. tomorrow I will raise the car on jacks and get under it with the motor running try to see whats going on. any ideas.

my first thought. pulled the plugs they seem OK. checked the wires visually, nothing.i also managed a great big short when i first ran the engine. burned threw a battery wire. something sizzled , killed everything. pulled the battery out , it tested ok car started right up when i put it back in.

If you get under a running car, I recommend ramps - at least under the front wheels.
