can everyone who reads this please say a prayer for Eric Medland who during testing on Monday had a serious crash. It appeared that Eric blew a tire through the traps @ over 300mph testing on Monday for John Force racing and went hard into the guard wall and sustained serious head injuries. He is still in critical condition and in a drug induced coma for the next few weeks. They are hoping that this will better heal the injury. It does not sound good. It’s sad to hear this. God Bless!

Eric passed away this afternoon. Life in the fast lane ended way to soon for Eric. He was a great racer and a great loss to NHRA and John Force Racing.

I went out to Phoenix for the race there a few weeks ago and saw him, a truly good guy in the sport that worked his way up from working on the cars to driving a car tuned by his Dad for one of the highest profiled and successful teams in the sport, he will be missed ....
