D&M Restoration in South Carolina . Sent my '58 gauges there and got them back three weeks later. Complete tear apart and repair inside and out. Check them out. Couldn't beat the turn around time. Speak to Matt at 800-722-0854 or www.dandmrestoration.com.

I live in Greenville, SC where D&M Restoration is located. Mike the owner is a great guy and is super at restoration. He restored my radio, clock and instrument cluster in my 66 vette and all his work is beautiful!
I'm installing Classic Instrument Hot Rod series gauges in my 64.
They have a low step chrome bezel and fit in from the front perfectly and fit flush with the protrusion on the dash bezel.
I am going to mount from the back and have someone water jet cutting me a bezel for the back to hold the gauges in so they appear stock.
I completely restored my interior this winter including all of the gauges... TOO EASY... bought new lens... they look brand new.. will send you a photo of before and after if interested...
