On the title was able to pause the hand and read the thread, some reason not working. Cleared cookies and deleted cache.

Any Suggestions?

OOOPS! All fixed, just needed to log out then back in. :o

I don't have a solution, but I randomly see this behavior using FireFox, under the following scenario:

1) Go to the C1/C2 forum on a new FireFox tab (tab A)
2) Mouse over a thread - text appears. So far so good
3) Open any thread in a new tab (tab B)
4) Mouse over a thread in tab A - text does not appear.
