Default Leafspring Banding

Took my 63 leafspring apart to paint & broke the tab type band that holds them together . Local spring dealers only offer regular banding.Does anybody know who offers the tab type bands ? Thanks for any ideas.

Chuck - you are right, they are aftermarket leafsprings with bands. Thanks.

No bands on original 63 springs....actually no bands on any original 63-7 spring.

If you had bands, they were for shipping only, or you have an aftermarket spring of some type. Chuck

Tim - following on from Chuck, just so it's clear, you don't need to re-install the bands - they serve no purpose other than for shipping. Appologies if you understood this - just doesn't appear so from your post, Best Regards, Gary (Perth, Australia).
