engine ID
Am going to pull original engine in my '63 conv. and replace with a used crate engine that I bought. I would like to know just what I have. Anybody out there know anything about the numbers on crate engines? This engine was told to me to be a 300 HP. The casting number is 10066036, pad number is Im0403

Clem, thanks for your reply,I was aware when I bought this engine that it was assembled in mexico,I was just hoping someone might know the HP rating from the engine numbers.
