Correct alternator
I just bought a 64 coupe. It has AC. What is the correct amp alternator for this car?

If you are not into numbers I purchased a 55-amp alternator from NAPA (#13-4013) to replace my original 37-amp. I do not have A/C but wanted a little more electrical ooomph.

I have to replace mine too. Anyone have any tips for getting the pully off. Mine is on there pretty good. I assume there is a puller?

Once you get the nut off, just use some PB Blaster or Kroil on the pulley/shaft - it's not a press fit.
