I have seen pics of some and they don't look like originals. I have also read posts about having to modify them to fit certain cars due to generic mounting brackets cast in them. It depends on what your needs are. Fit may be a problem.

the Chinese manifolds i'm using are on my 62's small block, and not a big block; but the Chinese manifolds i have are EXACTLY the same as the original (except the originals don't say CHINA on them) and have the same mounting brackets as GM originally provided.
yes, some people have cut the mounting ear off the driver's side manifold in order to duplicate another style of manifold that is not readily available.
short story, look at what they offer and compare to what you need to mount; if you can use them, then they will probably work fine.
