Default brake calipers

Can anyone tell me what are the part #'s for 1965 brake calipers and where, if at all are the date codes? If it makes a difference, this is an early 65 built in sept of 1964. Thanks

On a1966: (I think they are the same)
outer rear half5465905
inner rear half5465902
front outer 5465942
front inner 5465954
Standard casting date codes apply (month alpha code) (day 1 or 2 number)(year 1 number) - in your case the year will be 4 ant he month will be around g or h.

Hi..
This may help with the part numbers. It's from a GM parts manual.

Sorry I posted the casting numbers (found on the side of the caliper). Why do you want the part numbers? They haven't been available for years.

The calipers on my car looked like they may be original and I wanted to verify. Thanks for everyone's post.

Then use the casting numbers that I posted. The castings become different part numbers as soon as something is added or removed, but the casting number (casting part number) and casting date code identify the part right down to the shift it was created on (denoted by the position of the screw image slot on the date code tag image).
