Try An Ad Here In The Forum.........
Way back during the winter I got mine by running an ad here in the forum. Got a nearly new book from another Forum member for about $60.00 shipped. Was a big help in looking over my current 1966 'vert before I bought it. Give an ad a try. You never can tell who might be willing to part with one.

There was a link some time ago (2-3 years) and it had Nolands Name and email address information. I sent him an email, and he gave me his address, and sold me Vol 1 and Vol 2, and he signed both of them for me. I think they were 79.00 or 89.00 each. I know it was less then $100.00 each. I sent him a note and check and about a month later my books arived. He wrote a nice comment above his signature.
Very nice guy, and to have a signed copy from a guy that put so much effort into that book is pretty nice.
There were others on this forum that did the same thing. He may be out of books, not sure, but I am sure he must have had many copies and sold them personaly.

Volume 1 stands alone, and covers 1953-1962
I think however that once you get Volume 2, you may be so enthused with the quality of information that you'll want Volume 1 so you can enjoy all that same data, but for the straight-axles.

I don't own a C2, but figured I needed the book to go with my Vol. 1.
Glad I got it, lots of info.

I ordered a Volume 2 from Motorbooks.com yesterday. Cost was $72 plus $7 shipping. They've confirmed the order, I just hope they don't come back in a day or two and tell me it's backordered.

When I was out at the Peterson Museum in Los Angeles a few months ago, they had some on the shelf.
When I was at the Larz Anderson in Boston a few weeks ago, they had 1 on the shelf.

Here is the scoop on the 2nd printing. IT IS BEING REPRINTED! I just got off the phone with Noland as I was ordering some parts from Corvette Stop and he told me it will be reprinted but the publisher is holding it back for some reason. Yes, MONEY most likely. But he assures me there is a second printing.
