drive shaft difference??

You didn't mention what year, but if you're talking about the '65 in your profile, there's no difference - all midyears used the same driveshaft and yoke, regardless of engine/transmission configuration. If the 4-speed you're installing is a '71 or later, it has a 32-spline output shaft, and you'll need a new front yoke; if it's pre-'71, it'll have a 27-spline output shaft, the same as your 3-speed and no changes are necessary.
