looking for some help from the corvette forum crowd regarding a motors worth.
I have a recently rebuilt 396 motor.
Block casting # 3855962. fresh less than 500 miles .040 bore.
heads casting # 3872702 oval port 427 heads intake 2.190 exh 1.880.fresh.
crank # 3882849.
dimple rods.
gm oval port aluminum manifold.new
holley # 3247.new
all the upgrades,lunati mild cam,crane roller rockers 1.7,milodon oil pan,hi torque mini starter. all parts are new.

date B 196.
traced back it was for a chevelle 396/375 car.thanks John Z.
I did post info on the Chevelle site but they are not in tune like this forum is.
