Bought my '62 in 1967 for $1600, with 36K miles; next 3 years (extra wheels, studded snow tires, drove it on the snowiest days) added 24K miles.
Miles in 1970: 60K; miles as we speak: 90,451. :)

How do you click on a year when there is no year to click on?
I have a 56 with a SB400, Rochester FI modified by Bill Thomas, M-21 and 3.08 posi.

My vote is in for my 59. Will be interesting to see how many respond to this poll and what the results will be. The 62's sure have one hellofa head start!

My vote is for 62's Bought my 62 in 1980 for $2,500, car was a drag racing basket case so I had to rebuild it from the ground up. It's been fun under the sun driving it since. Would like to know just how many 62's are really out there.

I voted for my '58 last week.
This pole has been around for 1 week now, so unless there is a large number of C1 owners here that did not respond... out of 25,000 members there are only 45 people on this forum with a C1? -- Very interesting.

I presume that you are aware of the fact that -----------GENERALLY SPEAKING------------, in the world of Corvettes, the 53-62 Vettes are unwanted, unaccepted, outcast stepchildren, which the rest of the arrogant Corvette owners don't know what to do with. So, they just tollerate them.
Now, go back and re-read this, I said GENERALLY speaking.
