How was that photo done to get the model car effect?

I guessing a telephoto with wide open aperture or tilt-shift lense?

Or did you use photoshop?
Edit: Never mind. I think I found something: http://www.recedinghairline.co.uk/tutorials/fakemodel/

Default No tricks involved

Actually my son's friend's dad is a professional photographer and does documentaries for PBS.
I was dropping my son off at their house a couple of years ago and he asked if I mind if he took a few shots
DAAAAH
No problem help yourself.
I loved the results.

Oh, they're around. I've had several spectators at car shows tell me while looking at my Vette that they once knew someone who had a '65-'67 Split-window coupe.

I personally don't like 63's the split window to me isn't very good looking, and I'm openning the rear wheel wells up on my 67, they will still look the factory shape, just a little bigger

My favorite is the pic with the "dual" dual exhaust...should have gone the extra mile and put triples on to match the tail lights...

Looks like a young Jerry Titus doing the flare job on the '63!

Would probably look pretty good with the 64-67 full rear window, too, though the split runs nicely into the t-top bar. I imagine the rear view is probably less obstructed than the regular C3 coupe with the buttresses, too. The only thing I'd do differently is to cook up a custom fuel filler door with the proper C3 emblem on it...give it that real "factory" look.

That looks way better than I would have thought from a description. Thanks for the pic.

I like the Fuel Injected script on the butt. Cool car.

Looks great as is!! Nothing but fun. I drove my '62 to a NCRS meet. You would have thought I robbed a little girls lemonaid stand.

But there was some who came up and stated "this is how they should really look".

Fortunately it is to each their own. Obviously, I for one like all corvettes modified.

See Ya, Pat

Modified vehicles are as much a part of automotive history as the stock ones. If you think about it, it was often the modified cars that caught manufacturers' attention and brought about change. Future product designs are the result of trends set by the aftermarket and the freethinkers of the custom world.

SAVE the MODIFIEDS!!!!!!!!

I'd bet that if the people buying the cars at BJ knew what their cars had been through they'd puke.

My '67 has repaired flares. Looks fine outside. Just part of the history...
