spinner direction

spinner direction

Do Spinners tighten counter clock wise direcion? After taking the brakes apart the spinners have gotten mixed up.

Please Help!

Left side - clockwise
Right side - counterclockwise

Do you trust a shop to tighten them for you?

Now, I only documented how they were originally. But if your car has the hubs on the wrong sides, then your car will tighten in the other direction.

And I agree with MikeM.

If you don't have the special "long" lug nuts holding the adapters on the hubs, make sure the tire shop doesn't mis-index the wheels; if you have regular "short" lug nuts instead, there are ten ways to index the wheel to the adapter, and five of them are wrong (and will result in the wheel coming off).
