I know I can buy a lot of gas for $4100 but I'm tired of the dismal fuel eff. , not so much the fuel cost but the driving range i.e. frequent stops for gas.
I can't offer any advise on fitment, but I would advise you to make sure that any EFI unit you purchase be user tunable. Since you are retro fitting this unit to an existing engine, you will, without a doubt, have to do some additional tuning to get it running the way you want. The AZ Speed web page says that this unit comes with a "GM computer with a custom program". If I were looking at this package, I would ask what GM computer it uses and is the tune "locked" or protected in any way.

I talked to a gentleman at Carlisle who had one of these in a C-2. Under the BB hood. Said he got 19mpg driving up from Va.!! That was on a 502.
I want one , but it's not in the budget. I just bought a Holley 1000 cfm throttle body, a Commander 950 ecm, and a Weiand Accelerator manifold to fit a set of 39# injectors to. This is going on a 454.
