Battery tender

I am sure this has been asked put i can not find it . can you use any of the battery tenders on a Optima battery ?

It says at the bottom it will work on sealed, gel and many other types of batteries.

They do a special adjustment for tenders that are to be used on Optima batteries. I hope you have better luck with your Optima battery than I had with mine. I have had 3 in various applications in the last 3 years and one is still working. I went back to a maintenance free type.

Been using the Battery Tender on my Optima Red Top for a year off and on, have not had any problems. Never heard of a special adjustment for Optima batteries.
