Just picked up a set of used "hammer on" knock offs. Thought about getting the bolt on but can't bring myself have fake (non-functional) spinners. Yes the risk increases and yes they are a pain in the behind but driving and owning my '65 is more about the experience than the convenience and safety.

To me this is the same thing as integra owners putting the "R" badge on the car where there is no VTEC.

got 4 pristine knock offs and spinners plus a damaged and repaired spare, plus all HW for $1330 shipped. Pics will soon follow. Christmas comes early!!!!!!

Allright Brian

Upon reciept, make sure the locating holes in the back of the KOs are nice and round, and not elongated. That's the one thing that can lead to issues, since a snug fit of the KO onto the big "drive pins" on the KO adpater is what keeps the rotational forces in check. If there is some slop, no amount of spinner tightness can save you.

and here's a nice little sheet for reference:

now, you must order this:

from here:

****** Thumper linky

and pick up a little tube of never-seize. There's your KO "kit"
