Does anybody know how to disassemble a rearview mirror on a 1967 roadster? My mirror needs to be resilvered and I can't see howto take it apart.

Are you referring to the inside mirror or the driver's door mirror?

I dropped off my inside mirror at glass shop and picked it up a week later good as new. No charge.

They were embarased it took them more than a day. Little jobs fall thru the cracks.
