Hi,
I have a float charger i want to install permenetly on my 64 and have the spring type battery cables. I would like to use the O---- type ends and not the clips and of course would like it to be out of view. What tips or advice can be given, and of course where to mount the ends would be greatly appreciated!!!
P.S. I did try and sell this car a few months ago, but the sale fell threw
Sounds like you want to connect it to the wires at the starter. Also sounds like a good place to do it so it's hidden, should be able to route the wires up around the ignition harness and have it completely hidden. If you use a battery disconnect, the charger won't charge the battery and likely keep the electrical system "live" if the charger is connected.
