Try Harbor Freight.
They sell parts washers, so they most likely sell the solution.
I have a Safety Kleen parts washer that I haven't used in about 9 years.
I thought about simple green too, but I'v been told not to use it in a parts washer because it will eat up the seals and destroy the pump. I think that mineral spirits is a good idea.
Advance Auto Parts sells a Parts Washer Solution in 5 gallon buckets for around $40.00. Works very well and evaporation is low. I filled my washer with 7 gal's 2 years ago and have not had to add any yet. I lost a little to evaporation, etc and it is still above the pump pickup.

No actually, after searching everywhere for actual automotive type solvent -- I found "solvent 141" at a local petroleum products outlet.
It's naptha-based, works great and has a very low evaporation rate.
Almost odorless and it doesn't mess with your skin like mineral spirits.
Cost per gallon is about $10 currently.
BTW, the 141 refers to the flash point of 141 degrees F.
