What's anyones take on their products. I need a shift boot and also the main seals for the doors. Their seals for the doors are moderately priced at $17.00 each. However, the shift boot is priced at $52.00. I can get one through LIC for $30.00, Corvette Central for $29.95 and Corvette America for $25.99. Are their products really that much better that a guy should pay the extra???
I can not comment on Coprvette Rubber's shift boot, but I recently used their windshield, rear window and hood weatherstrip for my 63 split window and it fit perfectly. I used Corvette Rubber based on numerous recommendations from others who claimed their products to be the most accurate for fit and quality. Easy to deal with also. Hope this helps. 63 Rayfan
I've been very happy with their products and service. The quality has been good. And they seem to know much more about their products than do the places that sell rubber parts as a side line. If some parts are more expensive, they also might be of better quality.
Thanks for the input from all of you. I know that I need door seals so I may just bite the bullet and order those and the boot from them to see how good it is.
