I ordered replacement felts from Wilcox. I don't know how to pull out the old and put in the new. Actually, I dropped the car off at a custom window shop this morning. I'm getting the outer whiskers and some of the channel stops replaced too. Good luck.

If this is the window felts that are in the rear, vertical window channel inside the door- those are just glued in place.

Replacement felts are available at any of the major suppliers for about $3. To do the job right you will need to pull the rear channel from the door and scrape out the old felt and adhesive using 3M or similar adhesive remover. Then simply glue in place the new felt and trim off excess. The hardest part is reinstalling and making the proper adjustments for smooth operation of the glass.

The front channel is really fun. You will need to pull the entire vent window assembly and rivet the channel into place. The fun part is trying to finesse the repop channel into place.
