Stan, it may be my imagination, but it seems there are more C1 oem parts on market. Perhaps as a result of restomods?

You know I bet that's right. maybe I'll just hang on to mine till the trend changes. I bet when my grandchildren are grown...they will be worth plenty again... Ha!
One thing for sure ...the dollars isn't worth much anymore... Heck, I remember when a $100K was like being a Millionaire....Now cars cost half that much for daily drivers....and that's not even real fancy stuff.
Maybe the '61 Corvette seats will be worth a 100K then ...heh heh! Then I guess my grandkids could sell them for enough to buy a nice set tires...for their $1,000,000 solar SUV.

I traded my unrestored seat frames and tracks to Al Knoch for a set of Wise Guys seats covered in silver blue leather with cross flags stitched in the seat back. I think he gave me $900.00 for the frames and tracks. I don't know if that was a good deal or not. The new leather seats look real nice. Bob
I think the balance was a $1000.00. My wife is trying to find the bill for me. If she finds it I will let you know for sure. I also had my door panels, dash pad and sun visors done in the same leather. Bob
I tried to call Al Knoch...the third time in the last few months. My timing must be bad...he's out at shows a lot it seems. I'm out of town a lot too, so leaving a message with his receptionist is not helpful...I never know if I can be reached....except by cell phone. Then I don't need calls of that nature...
