Headlight Question
Have installed frt. bumpers, headlight buckets, etc. Have noticed that when I open the pass. side bucket it wants to contact the bumper when fully open.
Can anyone confirm whether their buckets clear the bumper entirely or are very close to it when open?

The healdlight buckets shhould not contact the front bumpers. If yours are, the bumpers are not intstalled properly. Having said that, the bumper brackets, the frame or the bumpers may be bent from a previous owners accident and the bumpers are installed correctly.
To make things work, loosen all attaching hardware for the bumpers then try using shims under the front bolt of the lower brackets.
The parts for correctly installing and checking the alignments for the bumpers is called out in your AIM.
