Default Oops, need help with 67 center console...

I tried to remove the center shift console from my 67 and am not sure how to procede...everything stops at the parking brake and still not sure if I can clear the shifter (4 speed). Do I need to completely remove the parking brake or is there a "quick" way to just loosen it and get the console over it? Thanks...

Put the shifter in the 2nd or 4th gear position, pointed back, and the console should just barely fit over it. In the worst case, unscrew the chrome shifter ball and take it (and the spring under it) off and the console will go off for sure.

You might have to unscrew the vertical side panels on wither side of the vertical center console, and jiggle or remove those panels to get the console cover off. Sounds like you got it.
