It appears to be the result of some misalignment when they were worked on. Also, look at the front left bumper position, sure looks a little off. I'd look closely at the whole undercarriage in that area to see what might be the result off some damage.

I see what may be a fat shim between the left bumper end and the front of the fender. Any shims go behind the glass. Looks to be some issues with the radiator support and/or the frame.
My 64 lined up perfectly after a few adjustments. This car looks like it may have taken a hit on the left side at some point and the repair may not have been aligned properly. Approach with caution, and look carefully. Open the hood and try to get a peak at the underside of the headlamp panel (use a small hand mirror) and look for evidence of a repair. Good luck, Pilot Dan

I agree, that left one is pretty bad, but I dont agree with the last statement. They seldom ever lighned up perfectly from the factory. Most had a wide gap on the inside and a narrow on the outside.
