Hub Centering Ring
Any of you guys have the hub centering rings installed ,especially if you have original torque thrust wheels (15x7)? I have very slight play in the wheels when I jack the car up and was told this could be the cause of the vibration.
If you have the hub and wheel bore size that also would help. thanks !

You should have no play caused by the wheel regardless of whether you have a centering ring or not. If it is actually moving against the mounting surface the lug nuts may be too long. The play you feel may just be normal wheel bearing clearances.
That said, an off center wheel could cause vibration. But unless the holes for the lug nuts are damaged, or the incorrect diameter or type nut and washer is used, its very unlikely.
