borg warner t-10 help
ok help me people i am a corvette body repair specialist not a wizard on mechanicals(though i do ok) i bought this 56 vette in a basket case have a t-10 that came with it i dont think its a corvette trans because it has what looks like an original gm shifter about 12 inches high and the thickness of a pencil the input shaft where it goes into the pilot is about 5/8 round cast iron case and only numbers are 9-27-60 ,j 22 L and L150-2 i am not sure on putting this thing in my vette

Or if this is not a numbers deal, sell the BW to someone that needs it and put a muncie in the car, a stonger trans and the parts are cheaper and available.
