Finally getting to the point of putting the harness in, and can't figure out the factory way of routing things.. anyone have a good correct pic that will save me some butt pain down the road? And what are those white "nubs" for? Does the harness utilize clips to clip it to something?

The white nubs snap into the top, rear of the cluster. You should see 2 tiny holes. However once I snapped both nubs into the cluster of my 65, I had trouble getting some of the upper bulbs in place so I left one of the 2 nubs unsnapped. By using at least one of the two white plastic snaps (nubs) you keep the main harness in the top half of the cluster area.
Getting all of the gray-wired bulbs plugged in is a little bit of a puzzle because they don't all have the same length wires. You'll plug some in and then realize the one or two you have left to install, won't reach the remaining sockets. So you try again.
Also, I found that the main harness had a natural twist in the main trunk (kind of like uncoiling a garden hose). I first installed it one way and it naturally wanted to sit low in the cluster area. Then I removed everything and twisted it once around which made it prefer a higher stance. This won't make any sense until you get it in place and start seeing what I'm describing.
