1963 Corvette wiring problem
Hello,
I'm having a problem trying to figure out where this particular wire mounts on the back of my instrument cluster? The wire as a grey lead and a bulb at the end which is enclosed with some sort of metal shield. The shield completely covers the bulb. It is located on the ignition side of the cluster. Any help will be appreciated. I have a wiring diagram but i can't figure it out. Thank you

There should be little tabs on the shield which clip into the lighter housing at the places circled in red below
