Default VBP Rack Attack

I know there are a few people who have had experience with the VBP Rack Attack r&p, but have not heard any testimony to it. Can someone give me some insight on this setup? Is it also a bolt it? Similar to the Steeroids setup? No PS box but still uses the same PS pump?

It is a direct bolt-on and uses a rebuilt Delco rack. We have installed one on a client's car but haven't driven it yet ( have a lot of other work to do ). It accepts a stock GM power steering pump, whose lines connect to the rack. Installation is less than an hour once everything else is off and out of the way. I am so far impressed, but as I said, we haven't driven it yet. And the beauty is that it can all be put back if you want to.

I had a shop install the rack Attack in my 66 just in time for 1800 miles of the Hot Rod Power Tour and 900 return miles to Atlanta. The shop have done other RnP systems and were very impressed with the substance ( quality, welds etc) of the Rack Attack kit. Additionally they said it was the best handling C2 they've driven (full VBP susp kit).

Rack was flawless on the trip and helped me do a very tight autocross course in very competitive times. The feel is very direct, and as a power unit its nice and light but not overly sensitive. steve
