I installed my inner valve springs this weekend using a lever type valve spring commpresser, a small telescoping magnet, and a fitting to pressurise my cylinders. Only took about 45 minutes. A job I was dreading was quite easy. I re-torqued the heads and adjusted the valves, changed the oil and filter. Ive been on a few short trips and so far so good. I havnt really stood on it yet, needs some more break in time. ( I did do a small rolling burn out) Car idles good and sounds good. I need to dial my timing in and play with the carb some. I can tell it really wants to go at about 3800 RPM. Not a lot off bottom end torque, but enough. Its good to driving it again.
