Pulley alignment problem update.
Thanks to those who gave advice on my pulley alignment problem. It would seem that I have a late 58 with the correct late generator bracket, the wrong early 58 crank pulley and a water pump pulley that doesnt even belong on a vette. Makes me wonder how such a mismatch ends up on a car. Looks like I need some new pulleys. Ive posted a wanted ad in the for sale section if anyone can helpl

then you have the long water pump. I like the long water pump on my
61 because it moves the fan into the radiator shroud better for cooling.
The standard generator mount will have to be moved forward 1 inch to make it line up. I use the first crank pully for the pump and alternator.
The second pully (forward) is for the power steering pump.
