I am looking to buy a new DeWitt radiator,is there a particular time of the year when there is a sale ? Also should I replace my water pump? if so what should I get. '66 327/350.

Tom Dewitt frequents the forum so maybe he'll let you know about any sales. If you are going that far into things and have any concerns about the pump (age, condition, capacity) I would sure consider changing it out at the same time... Seems like when you upgrade one component in a system in these old cars anything else in the same system that has a weakness goes belly up in no time at all.

If you haven't done it, service all the cooling system. Flush the block by opening the side drain plugs under the exhaust manifolds, replace the thermostat, hoses, check clamps and gently flush the heater core. When and if you take the hoses off the heater core slit them lengthwise and then slide something under the cut to gently remove them from the ends. By doing this you have zero based the system.
