All of the fender well and fiber glass I would paint semi-flat krylon. For the frame I used Gloss but that was what I wanted. You may want to use semi-gloss.
If you are not going to have the car Judged then you can do what you like. That is what I have done because I drive the crap out of mine..
I tend to agree with Dave. If your goal is to make it look nice and enjoy it, you can't go wrong with either a semi-flat, or satin black for the fiberglass pieces.
