Back is the 60's and 70's there was a corvette salvage yard here in Seattle owned by Lloyd Lincoln. He went all over the west and northwest buying up old corvettes because most salvage didn't want them. I would guess that over the years he could have had thousands of c-1 and c-2 cars.
Someone built a fence around the place with old rims. Much of that fence is still there and if I had to guess, I'd say there at least a couple of thousand rims all welded together.
I wonder how many rare and hard to find rims could be there?
Lincoln's as I remember it in the mid 70's. Used to visit them often picking through parts for the 61. It was an absolute treasure trove of early Corvette parts. I really miss those old wrecking yards. Note same old wheel walls in background.
