I have a block that is stamped100181108 VO5 22 ONR

Can anyone help to find out what it is?

Are you sure that the suffix code is ONR and not CNR?
CNR designates 1970 350 tur hydro trans - 300 4 Caprice/Bel Air/Kingswd.

What is the block casting number?

The third digit can't be an "0"; re-check it. Same with the "O" in "ONR".
